COVID-19 delivery information
In response to COVID-19, all of our carriers are taking precautions to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers.
Rest assured that all of our service providers are following advice and guidance from the government and that everyone’s safety is our priority.
There is currently no impact on our delivery service at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your own home address for delivery.
All carrier instructions and measures can be viewed by visiting the designated carrier’s website, email will be provided upon submission to confirm delivery information.
We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been taken to protect you and ensure we can continue to operate as normal.
It takes approximately 24 to 48 hours to process an order. Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Where can we deliver the package?
We are currently only able to process orders in the United States.

What is the shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.99 per order.
Tax: 10% of total order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the delivery confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your order name and number, and them I will review it for you.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less shipping costs. Payment.

In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a snapshot of the item’s condition.
